All nightly RV Site & Cabin reservations require a valid Credit Card to confirm. Monthly RV Site reservations require the applicable 1st month's rent as a deposit. Monthly Cabin reservations require a $500.00 Deposit. Daily RV & Cabin rates include water, telephone, sewer & electric. RV sites are Based on 2- person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $5.00 each per day for extra guest over the age of 6 yrs. old, & $8.00 each per day for Cabins. Monthly RV & Cabin rates are plus electric. All guests are required to sign the RV/Cabin Site Service Agreement upon check-in. Extra guest charges apply. Day Use Extra Guest must pay $5.00 per person for each day they visit. There is a maximum of 8 people allowed per RV Site.
TENT CAMPING - You are allowed 1 normal size tent per campsite, providing that you have an RV. No Tent Camping without an RV. (Extra Guest Charge)
DISCOUNTS - Daily rate discounts are available on RV sites to members of: Good Sam, Coachman, FMCA, TACO, AAA, & Active Military. Weekly and monthly rates are already discounted. NO DISCOUNTS ON CABIN/COTTAGE RATES unless advertised as a Off-Season Special.
Cancellation Policy: A 30-day cancellation is required for all monthly RV reservations, 60-day for Monthly Cabin reservations, and 48 hours for daily/weekly reservations. Your deposit is refundable, as long as you qualify under terms of cancellation. However, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply on all monthly cancellations. If you no-show and fail to cancel your reservation, you will be charged the applicable 1 night fee for RV Site and/or Cabin.
Cabin Accommodations - One Bedroom cabin sleeps 4, double bed in BR & sleeper sofa in LR. Loft sleeping w/your air mattress. Two bedroom cottages sleep 5, queen bed in MBR & double bed with overhead twin bunk in 2nd bedroom. We do not provide room service or cleaning during your stay. Linens and towels are provided for each occupant. Exchange for clean ones may be made in the office. Bring your own beach towels/pool towels. All cabins have kitchens w/dining table and chairs for 4, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove w/oven, pots & pans, utensils, and table service for six. Kitchen linens are provided and may be exchanged. Monthly Cabins are plus electric. Cable is included.
Rallies Welcome - Special rates (3 night minimum) are available to groups of 20 rigs or more-excludes premium and river sites. The Clubhouse, Guadalupe Pavilion & Outdoor Pavilion may be reserved for groups. A deposit of $500.00 is required for each building reserved. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, if facilities have been properly maintained & cleaned and have no damage. Based upon availability, restrictions apply. Requires Mgmt. Approval.
